How to Book
•
Reservations are confirmed on a first-deposit basis. (If the deposit is not received within 12 hours of submitting the reservation request, the reservation will be canceled.)
•
The deposit is the full amount of the usage fee paid in advance.

Reservation Deposit Calculation Example◦
Friday Day Package (120,000 KRW for 6 people) + 2 additional people (20,000 KRW) + Cleaning and Facility Deposit (80,000 KRW) = Total Deposit: 220,000 KRW!! (80,000 KRW of the deposit will be refunded within 2 days after use)

Reservation times are based on the hour. Example: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM (X), 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (O)
•
Reservation time includes setup and cleanup from check-in to check-out. Early arrival before the reserved time does not allow for early entry.
•
Additional time on the day of use may not be available, depending on the situation.
•
A confirmation message will be sent once your reservation is confirmed.
•
Prices include 10% VAT.
•
If you need a tax invoice, please include your email in the reservation form and send your business registration certificate to us via email. (Email: spaceplus.c1@gmail.com)
•
Online payments are also available through SpaceCloud and Naver SmartPlace.

2 tables (seating up to 12 people)/ 1 folding table (seating up to 6 people) / chairs (10 standard, 6 additional)/sofa (seats 4)/work trolley (cart), etc. The space is versatile and can be arranged according to your needs.

Kitchen

In a semi-partitioned area: sink/refrigerator/microwave/electric kettle/Nespresso capsule coffee machine/dishes, cups (wine glasses, mugs)/cutting board and knife/cutlery, etc.

A welcome gift of 6 coffee capsules per team (or the number of reserved guests if additional guests are booked). Bottled water is not provided.
◦
Food can be brought in, but cooking is not allowed (no open flames).
•
Meeting Equipment
◦
65-inch smart TV/HDMI cables (3M and 5M)/whiteboard/multi-outlet power strip.
•
Dressing Room
◦
Full-length mirror/hangers. A curtain-separated area in the kitchen can be used for changing.
•
Restroom
◦
The restroom is located next to the entrance door.
•
Optional Services
◦
A paid cleaning and tidying service is available (50,000 KRW).
◦
In this case, the cleaning deposit (50,000 KRW) from the total deposit (80,000 KRW) will be replaced with the service fee, and you can leave the space as it is after use.
Booking Guideline
•
The cleaning and facility deposit is 80,000 KRW. The deposit will be refunded after checking the cleaning condition and any damage to facilities, usually within 2 days.
•
Reservation time includes preparation and clean-up time. Please ensure timely departure to accommodate the next reservation. (Overtime: 5,000 KRW per 10 minutes, deducted from the deposit.)
•
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed indoors. We appreciate your understanding.
•
To prevent fire hazards and maintain cleanliness, the indoor area is a 'strictly no-smoking area' (including e-cigarettes). Immediate eviction and non-refundable deposit if smoking is detected.
•
Use of flammable items such as burners or candles is not permitted due to fire risks.
•
Internal CCTV is installed for crime and fire prevention, customer safety, and facility protection. The CCTV is not used for monitoring beyond checking in and out or in cases of incidents or complaints.
•
This space is not a lodging facility; therefore, no beds, bedding, or accommodation items are provided. Cushions and blankets are available.
•
Users are 100% responsible for any damage or loss of property.
•
Minors can use the space with guardian consent. The guardian is responsible for the minor's safety and behavior. Use after 10 PM is not permitted even with guardian consent.
•
We are not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence during facility use.
•
The 'Booking Guidelines' are a trust-based agreement between the service provider and the customer. The provider is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to comply with the space tidying and guideline requirements upon departure.
Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Reservation Changes

Changes and cancellations can be made up to 8 days before the reserved date. Changes and cancellations after this period are not permitted, and refunds will follow the refund policy outlined below.

A 100% refund is available if requested within 2 hours of payment (provided it is before the reserved time).
