Reservation Request
Fill out the form below and click the Submit Reservation Request button at the bottom. Download the Parental Consent Form below Reservation Confirmation

Send the reservation form and deposit the amount to the account below to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation text once your reservation is secured.

The reservation will be automatically canceled unless payment is confirmed within 12 hours after booking.

Reservations are processed in the order of payment. If an advance payment is received during consultation, the reservation will be canceled and refunded. For quicker processing, please message us after payment!

A confirmation message will be sent upon reservation confirmation, and you can check the updated reservation status on the SCHEDULE.
•
You can also make reservations through Naver Smart Place or SpaceCloud.
Important Notes
•
Reservation times are based on exact hours. For example, 13:30–16:30 is not allowed, but 13:00–16:00 is acceptable.
•
The reservation time includes both preparation and cleanup. Early arrivals will not be allowed to enter before their scheduled time.
•
Additional time on the day of the reservation may not be available depending on the circumstances.
•
Prices include a 10% value-added tax (VAT).
•
Reservation Changes

Changes and cancellations can be made up to 8 days before the reserved date. Changes and cancellations after this period are not permitted, and refunds will follow the refund policy outlined below.

A 100% refund is available if requested within 2 hours of payment (provided it is before the reserved time).

100% refund if canceled 8 days before the reservation

70% refund if canceled 7 days before the reservation
◦
60% refund if canceled 6 days before the reservation
◦
50% refund if canceled 5 days before the reservation
◦
40% refund if canceled 4 days before the reservation
◦
30% refund if canceled 3 days before the reservation
◦
20% refund if canceled 2 days before the reservation
◦
10% refund if canceled the day before the reservation
◦
No refund if canceled on the day of the reservation
