Space Usage Guidelines
Please review the following guidelines before using the space:
1.
For crime and fire prevention, customer safety, and facility protection, internal CCTV is installed. It will only be used for checking the number of occupants and in the event of incidents or accidents. It will not be used for monitoring beyond these specified situations.
2.
Please brush off any dirt and dust from your shoes before entering the space :)
3.
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed indoors.
4.
Do not move any structures without prior agreement (except for desks and chairs).
5.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors to prevent fire hazards and maintain cleanliness. Please be aware that smoking may activate the sprinkler system.
6.
Food can be brought in, but cooking is not allowed. (No use of open flames.)
7.
A recycling bin is provided opposite the sink. Please sort and dispose of your waste, including food waste, properly. (We will handle the disposal if you sort it out. Please tie food waste bags securely!)
These rules are for everyone's comfort. Please make sure to follow them :)
Check-out list
Please ensure the following when checking out:
1.
Return the space to its original condition after use.
2.
Make sure to turn off the air conditioner and all main lights. (You don’t need to turn off all the extension cords!)
3.
Dishwashing is mandatory. After washing, please dispose of any food scraps collected in the sink strainer into the food waste bin.
4.
After meals, place any remaining food into the food waste bag and tie the bag securely.
5.
Separate and dispose of general waste and recyclable waste properly.
6.
Ensure that both front entrance doors are securely locked. → We are not responsible for theft resulting from unlocked doors.
7.
Please report any damage to items. If damage is discovered without prior notice, it may be difficult to reach a satisfactory resolution.

A link for door access will be sent to the reservation holder’s KakaoTalk message one day before the reservation date(It can also be sent via email upon request)
Before leaving, please ensure that both panels of the front entrance door are securely locked. Both panels must be aligned properly for the locking mechanism to work, so please check again before exiting!

Lighting
1. Main Lights
The switch is next to the fixed door (kitchen side). You can turn the ceiling lights and rail lights on and off to set your desired mood.
2. Mood sunset lights
Add a touch of ambiance with mood sunset lights at night!
You can choose from 16 different colors to set the perfect mood. :)
Please make sure to turn off all lighting after using the space!
Heating & Cooling
1. Air Conditioner
Turn on the power(전원) and select 'Cooling(냉방)' mode using the remote control.
→ Cool air will start blowing after a short wait.
2. Heating
Turn on the power(전원) and select 'Heating(난방)' mode using the remote control.
→ Warm air will start blowing after a short wait.
→ The heater may pause intermittently. This is normal and allows the outdoor unit to cool down to prevent damage. If it stops working for too long, turn the power off and then on again.
Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner and heater after using the space.
If left on, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker
1. Smart TV: The Bluetooth name is “TV.” Select it to pair with the TV.

Dehumidifier
To maintain a comfortable environment in humid Jeju, we keep the dehumidifier running 24/7.
If the noise is bothersome, please turn it off upon entry and turn it back on before leaving.

Please use the front entrance door. The side door with blinds is a fixed door (marked as such on the door).
2.
Upon exit, ensure both sides of the front entrance door are securely locked. The lock works only if the doors are properly aligned, so please double-check before leaving!
Other Information (Etc.)
1. The 3m HDMI cable is in the orange book-shaped box below the TV. The 5m HDMI cable is in the cabinet next to the mirror.
2. Extra markers, tissues, and wipes are in the cabinet next to the mirror.
3. Dishes and utensils are available in the sink drawer and the cabinet across from it.
